Project Manager (Houston)

I’m representing a leading consultancy that’s looking to strengthen their Water & Wastewater Infrastructure team with an experienced Project Manager focused on outside the fence underground infrastructure across Texas. This role is ideal for someone who thrives delivering pipelines, collection systems, gravity sewers, force mains, lift/pump stations, and general linear utility infrastructure and wants to take full ownership of project delivery, client relationships, and technical outcomes. Job Specifications: • Lead planning and execution of complex underground water/wastewater infrastructure projects • Oversee design delivery for pipelines, sewer networks, pump/lift stations, stormwater conveyance and related civil works • Prepare and manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and engineering work plans • Coordinate multi-disciplinary technical teams to ensure highquality, compliant design packages • Maintain strong client relationships and support business development efforts • Lead internal teams, mentor junior engineers, and support staff development • Produce engineering reports, design documentation, cost estimates, and progress updates • Monitor financial performance, project risk, safety planning, and delivery milestones • Support proposal development and strategic pursuits for future infrastructure programs Key Requirements: • B.S. in Civil Engineering • Licensed Professional Engineer • 8+ years’ experience delivering municipal water, wastewater, stormwater, or linear utility infrastructure • Strong technical background in designing pipelines, sewers, pump/lift stations, and site civil components • Proven project management experience • Excellent communication and client facing skills • Experience with business development is a plus If this role is of interest, please apply below and a member of the team will be in contact shortly.
