Relocation Opportunity – Ireland
This opportunity is specifically for experienced CSA Project Managers currently based outside Ireland who are open to relocating to Ireland for their next permanent position.
We are partnered with a leading Tier 1 main contractor delivering major, technically complex construction projects across Ireland. With a substantial secured pipeline and continued investment in its project teams, the business is looking to attract experienced CSA professionals from the UK and mainland Europe who are interested in establishing a long-term career in Ireland.

The Opportunity
As CSA Project Manager, you'll take responsibility for the successful delivery of Civil, Structural and Architectural packages, coordinating project teams, subcontractors, consultants and commercial functions throughout the construction lifecycle.
You'll have ownership of programme, quality, safety and delivery across your packages while working alongside an experienced senior project team.
This is a permanent opportunity rather than a short-term overseas assignment, offering the chance to establish yourself within the Irish construction market and progress with a Tier 1 contractor.
The Projects
You'll have the opportunity to work across major technically complex construction projects in Ireland, involving:
- Major civil and structural packages
- Structural steel and concrete works
- Architectural and envelope packages
- Internal finishes and fit-out
- Complex multidisciplinary construction programmes
- High-value projects involving significant CSA coordination
Key Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for CSA packages from mobilisation through to completion.
- Manage Civil, Structural and Architectural subcontractors.
- Develop and drive short and medium-term construction programmes.
- Coordinate CSA activities with MEP, Design, Commercial and Planning teams.
- Manage interfaces between structural, architectural and building services packages.
- Monitor progress against programme and implement recovery measures where required.
- Lead coordination meetings with subcontractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
- Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
- Drive health & safety standards across all CSA activities.
- Identify and resolve technical, programme and interface issues.
- Provide regular progress reporting to senior project leadership.
- Support completion and successful project handover.
Required Experience & Background
- Proven experience as a CSA Project Manager, Construction Manager or Project Manager.
- Strong experience delivering significant Civil, Structural and Architectural packages.
- Main contractor background.
- Experience delivering large-scale or technically complex construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, programme management and subcontractor coordination.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Currently based outside Ireland and genuinely open to relocating to Ireland.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Tier 1 main contractor experience is highly desirable.
- Strong technical understanding of CSA construction and package interfaces.
- Experience delivering major projects in the UK or mainland Europe.
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
