Overview

In this role, you will lead the execution of complex engineering and industrial projects from Alcobendas, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to deliver on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. You will oversee scope, schedule, costs, risks, and sustainability compliance, while driving customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to manage finances, reporting, and change management, shaping successful project outcomes in a globally exposed engineering environment.

Responsabilidades
  • Plan and control projects from handover to final acceptance
  • Coordinate internal departments, suppliers, and customers for execution
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality throughout lifecycle
  • Lead customer communication and stakeholder management
  • Monitor financial performance including costs, margins, and cash flow
  • Manage reporting, change orders, claims, and risk mitigation
  • Ensure compliance with processes, quality standards, and sustainability guidelines
  • Drive continuous improvement and capture lessons learned
Requisitos principales
  • Engineering degree (Bachelor or Master)
  • PMP certification or equivalent (preferred)
  • 4+ years of project execution experience (Lead Engineer or Group Manager preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Office, Power BI, and ERP; MS Project a plus
  • Strong understanding of project finance and contract management
  • Spanish native; English C1 mandatory; French an asset
  • Strategic, results‑oriented, detail‑driven, and sustainability-minded
  • Experience managing multicultural teams; influential and trusted collaborator
