Project Manager - ERP Implementation

Mumbai / Delhi | Full-Time At Agkiya, we don’t just implement ERP systems — we drive business transformation. We are looking for a high-ownership ERPNext Project Manager who can lead multiple ERP implementations across industries and ensure successful delivery, adoption, and business impact. This role is ideal for someone who understands both technology and business processes, and enjoys working directly with founders, CXOs, and operations teams.

What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end ERPNext implementation projects across multiple clients Drive requirement gathering, process mapping, solutioning, and execution Prepare project plans, timelines, trackers, and implementation roadmaps Coordinate with functional consultants, developers, and client stakeholders Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction Conduct review meetings, risk tracking, escalation handling, and status reporting Support user training, change management, and ERP adoption Work closely with leadership on process excellence and continuous improvement What We’re Looking For 4–10 years of experience in ERP / Technology Project Management Prior experience in ERPNext, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar ERP systems Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Manufacturing, HR, or Projects Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong ownership mindset and execution orientation Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously PMP certification is a plus Preferred Experience ERP consulting or implementation background expecially in ERPNEXT Experience in process re-engineering and digital transformation Familiarity with SQL, APIs, integrations, or workflow automation Experience working with SMEs / mid-sized businesses Experience in Claude Code and Codex Why Join Agkiya?
