Project Manager

Project Manager Location: Worksop (Hybrid) Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract Salary: Competitive + Benefits Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a leading engineering and manufacturing business to recruit a Project Manager for a key programme. This role offers the opportunity to support the delivery of a strategically important localisation project, working closely with a senior Programme Manager to coordinate cross-functional activities, implement project controls and ensure successful delivery against key milestones. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the delivery of a major programme from planning through to execution.

Developing and maintaining integrated project plans. Coordinating activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance and Sales functions. Facilitating project meetings and ensuring actions are effectively managed.

Producing project status reports, highlighting progress, risks, issues and dependencies. Supporting project governance, risk management and change control. Building strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and programme delivery.

We're looking to speak with candidates who have: Previous experience in a Project Manager, Project Engineer or Project Coordinator role within an engineering or manufacturing environment. A recognised Project Management qualification (APM, PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent). Strong project planning, organisational and stakeholder management skills.

Experience producing project reports and managing project risks. Proficiency in Microsoft Project would be advantageous. The successful candidate will join a well-established international engineering business and play a key role in delivering a high-profile programme with global reach.
