Project Manager

Location: Jaipur Experience: 2 - 4years Type: Full-time Salary: 30k - 45k About the Role We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to own the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and software development projects. You'll manage cross-functional teams, client relationships, scope, timelines, and budgets — ensuring projects ship on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You'll work across US, UK, and UAE clients, bridging client expectations and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end project delivery: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Define scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource plans. Manage cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA) across the project lifecycle.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients; manage expectations, updates, and escalations. Run agile/scrum ceremonies (or hybrid/waterfall as needed): sprint planning, standups, retrospectives. Track progress, manage risks and dependencies, and resolve blockers proactively.

Manage scope changes, budgets, and timelines, keeping stakeholders aligned. Ensure quality standards and timely, on-budget delivery. Maintain clear documentation, reporting, and project health metrics.

Coordinate with sales/pre-sales on scoping and smooth handoffs into delivery. Required Qualifications 2–4 years of project management experience in IT services / software development. Proven track record delivering web/mobile/software projects on time and budget.

Strong grasp of agile/scrum and project management methodologies. Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with PM tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, MS Project, or similar).

Strong organizational, risk-management, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing US, UK, and/or Middle East clients. Preferred Qualifications PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.

Technical background or strong technical literacy (web, mobile, cloud). Experience with distributed/remote teams across time zones. Familiarity with budgeting, estimation, and resource planning.

Exposure to AI tools for project planning, reporting, and productivity.
