They design next-generation interactive programs and platforms for teachers and students, widely adopted across schools in the United States. They follow solid engineering practices with a strong focus on technology excellence, using the latest frameworks, tools, and development standards. The estimated salary range for this position is 110-130,000 USD per year. Responsibilities Evaluate incoming requests, define scope, and determine when engineering involvement is required; Prioritize tasks and initiatives based on business impact, urgency, and team capacity; Own the delivery of technical projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations are met; Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, user stories, and actionable tasks for engineering teams; Balance short-term requests with long-term product and technical priorities; Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, clearly communicating timelines, trade-offs, and risks; Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, ensuring mitigation plans are in place; Partner with engineering leads to plan capacity, allocate resources, and optimize team workload; Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and drive initiatives to successful delivery in an Agile environment.
Requirements 5+ years of experience in Project Management within a tech environment; Proven experience working closely with engineering teams and solid understanding of software development processes; Strong stakeholder management skills; Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing requests and make structured, impact-driven decisions; Experience translating business needs into technical requirements (user stories, tickets, etc.); Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage expectations across multiple stakeholders; Basic technical understanding of web or software development; Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments; Nice to have Experience working with marketing or content-related teams; Project Management certification (PMI or equivalent);
