Are you ready to become an expert in Project Management within Process & Enablement for Data Center Programs? This is the role for you! MIGSO-PCUBED is looking for a seasoned and communicative Process & Enablement Project Management Consultant to join our team and support our engagements in Downtown Dallas, TX.

This is a hybrid position and will require you to work closely with client teams on-site as needed. Every day, we support our clients by steering major Projects and Programs, managing Project Portfolios, improving maturity and efficiency of PM Organizations, and driving business transformation initiatives. What You’ll Do As a Process & Enablement Project Management Consultant at MP, you will play a critical role in supporting large-scale transformation and data center programs.

Your responsibilities may include: Leading process design, standardization, and enablement initiatives across complex programs Supporting PMO framework development and implementation to improve delivery consistency and governance Driving operational excellence initiatives across transformation, construction, and technology projects Coordinating cross-functional teams across business, technical, and construction stakeholders Managing project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple workstreams Supporting data center program execution, ensuring alignment between infrastructure, operations, and technology teams Identifying process gaps and implementing scalable solutions to improve efficiency and performance Driving change management and adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working Supporting cost tracking, forecasting, and performance reporting across programs Facilitating stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and decision-making processes Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and internal capability development Who You Are You have at least a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field of study; Engineering Management, Construction, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degrees are advantageous; Master's degrees are preferred. You have 10 to 15 years of Project Management professional experience, working in complex and fast paced environments You successfully managed system implementations, enterprise-wide transformations and process‑driven technology initiatives You have navigated the Data Centers industry for at least 2-3 years A comprehensive understanding of Project and Program Management (PPM) principles and methodologies is essential, and it is crucial that you have successfully applied these PMO principles in your previous professional experiences. Experience in change management in large and complex environments.

Very high stakeholder management capability High technical skill set in methods in tools and understanding an operational environment Experience with Project Management technology. Certifications in Project Management are not required, but highly valued! (CAPM, PMP) You must possess strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills to successfully execute and support the delivery of projects that contribute to the client's growth and competitiveness. Analytical skills are your strong suit and you have a rigorous attention to detail.

You are an excellent communicator, adjusting communication styles based on your audience. You are a quick learner, adaptable and can thrive in new environments. You are proactive, confident, and engaging; especially when it comes to collaborating with project stakeholders.
