Project Manager (Dallas)

AEB Strategic Talent, a National Recruiting firm specializing in the AEC Community, is representing a fine custom home builder based in the Park Cities Dallas area, called Tatum Brown. We are searching for Project Managers . The work ranges from $7M to $35M, averaging around 15,000 SF, and demands the same sophistication you’d find in complex commercial construction - but with a level of ownership, visibility, and client interaction that commercial may not offer. This is not for candidates who have only worked in homebuilding. Ideal candidates have: • Field credibility and the respect of trades • Exceptional communication skills with architects and sophisticated clients • Leadership that is calm, structured, and disciplined • A problem‑solver’s mindset in high‑detail environments • The ability to operate confidently with a very discerning clientele The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
