Project Manager- Construction Fit out

Job DescriptionDelighted to be partnering with an impressive fit out leader based in Dundalk to recruit a Project Manager The Role As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for managing projects through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple fit-out and construction projects from inception to handover. Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets, and resource plans.

Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants. Monitor project progress and implement solutions to overcome challenges. Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates.

Manage costs, variations, and project documentation. Lead project meetings and drive performance across all stakeholders. Ensure projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and finish.

Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager/ Support Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, and programme management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software. Desirable PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent project management qualification. Experience delivering luxury fit-out, commercial, hospitality, or high-end residential projects.
