Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to lead and execute ground-up and tenant improvement projects across the Los Angeles market. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle-from preconstruction through closeout-while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a high-impact role for someone who can operate independently, coordinate across field and office teams, and drive project success in a fast-paced commercial construction environment.

Requirements 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management Proven experience managing ground-up or tenant improvement (TI) projects Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with Los Angeles permitting and inspection processes is a plus Proficiency with project management tools (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.) Strong communication and leadership skills Benefits Competitive base salary Performance-based bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays
