Lead teams, manage stakeholder expectations, mitigate risks, and use tools to track progress from inception to delivery.
Key skills include communication, leadership, risk management, and budgeting. A Product Owner (PO) bridges product strategy and development, acting as the key stakeholder in liaison to maximize product value. Core responsibilities include managing the product backlog, defining the product vision, prioritizing user stories, and ensuring the team builds the highest-value features Ability to work directly for Business Leadership and engage with business stakeholders and leadership.
