Role Description The Project Manager Civil role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram, responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing civil infrastructure and construction projects. This role involves coordinating project schedules, resources, and contractors; monitoring progress; and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Project Manager Civil will review designs and drawings, manage site activities, handle project documentation, and liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting site inspections, resolving technical and operational issues, tracking costs, preparing reports, and enforcing quality and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications

• Strong project management abilities with skills in Project Management and Construction Management.
• Solid technical foundation in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated experience with Budgeting, cost control, and resource planning.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholders across all project phases.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in project management and construction software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make timely decisions on-site.
