  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering long-term relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
  • Team Development: Lead and mentor a talented team of engineers and designers, providing technical guidance and supporting their professional growth.
  • Technical Oversight: Review design plans, engineering drawings, and reports to ensure the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Business Growth: Support the firm’s expansion by assisting with proposals, project interviews, and identifying new market opportunities.


What You’ll Bring

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred (or the ability to obtain one shortly after hire).
