Job Title: Project Manager / Business Analyst (Onsite) Location: San Francisco Bay Area CA / Austin, TX (Onsite) Job Type: Long Term Contract Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst (PM / BA) to join our team onsite in the San Francisco Bay Area. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of project management and business analysis skills, capable of managing project planning, scoping, and delivery while also performing business analysis tasks. A functional understanding of business processes and stakeholder management is essential.

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, scoping, execution, and delivery. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project requirements are met. Conduct business analysis activities, including requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation.

Facilitate Agile project management methodologies and best practices. Perform functional testing to ensure system and process alignment with business needs. Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success. Required Skills and Experience: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into functional requirements. Experience in Agile Project Management methodologies.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Experience with functional testing and validating business processes. Ability to effectively gather and document business requirements.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven track record of successfully managing projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Project Management and Business Analysis roles.
