In this full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, you will oversee branding and marketing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project management for branding, marketing, and digital campaigns. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and task coordination across creative, strategy, and marketing teams.
Manage client communications, including weekly status updates and feedback sessions. Monitor project progress, address risks, and resolve any issues proactively. Ensure all deliverables align with Brandagic’s standards and client expectations.
Optimize workflows, maintain documentation, and ensure efficient execution. Qualifications: 2+ years of project management or operations experience, ideally in a branding, marketing, or digital agency environment. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with clear communication.
Strong coordination skills working with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, marketers). Excellent client-facing and stakeholder communication skills. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field (certifications like PMP, Agile, or Scrum are a plus).
