Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for our client in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:

• Leading complex, cross-functional project initiatives with a high degree of interdependencies.
• Collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to align priorities, scope, and strategic direction.
• Planning, monitoring, and reporting project progress, including key milestones, budget, and quality metrics.
• Identifying, analyzing, and proactively managing project risks.
• Supporting teams in test preparation and coordinating testing and deployment activities.
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Creating and maintaining project documentation in accordance with established standards.
• Ensuring transparent, regular, and appropriate project communication.
• Leading and facilitating decision-making meetings, workshops, and working sessions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or in a similar role delivering large-scale and complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management approaches (Waterfall), with the ability to apply them effectively in practice.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong strategic, process-oriented, and systems-thinking capabilities, combined with the ability to make decisions quickly and solve complex problems.
• Experience facilitating workshops and meetings across all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in project management and data analytics tools such as Jira, Excel, Power BI, and Miro.
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level, enabling effective communication in an international environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, accountability, independence, and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Polish (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2).
