Seeking a highly experienced Asset Management Project Manager to play a critical leadership role in a large-scale ERP implementation (Microsoft Dynamics 365). This is a long-term contract opportunity supporting a multi-phase transformation initiative that will modernize core business and operational systems. This role will partner closely with internal stakeholders, cross-functional business units, and an external implementation partner to ensure successful delivery across all phases of the ERP lifecycle—from discovery through post-implementation.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage asset and work management workstreams within the ERP implementation Drive project execution across multiple business units, ensuring alignment and stakeholder buy-in Collaborate with internal PMO, business stakeholders, and external implementation partner to deliver project milestones Provide leadership across diverse teams spanning multiple functional areas Oversee planning, scheduling, risk management, and issue resolution Support the solution verification (discovery) phase and subsequent implementation phase Ensure effective communication and coordination during key project events (e.g., kickoffs, vendor sessions, UAT) Identify gaps in expertise and help coordinate additional SME support as needed Required Qualifications Senior-level project management experience with a strong track record of successful large-scale implementations Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple business areas Strong organizational and execution skills with high attention to detail Experience with Asset Management and Work Management systems Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations Background in utility operations Preferred Qualifications Experience with IBM Maximo Prior experience working alongside third-party implementation partners
