Your Responsibilities You’ll lead project planning activities, defining scope, timelines, budgets, and key deliverables In this role, you’ll coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment on milestones and objectives You’ll monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks and recommending solutions to keep initiatives on track You’ll manage project budgets and resources, escalating issues and providing regular updates to leadership You’ll facilitate project meetings, communicate updates, and ensure all stakeholders remain informed You’ll support project close‑out activities, capturing insights, reporting on KPIs, and contributing to continuous improvement Skills and Qualifications 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager, supported by a PMP certification and relevant undergraduate degree Proven experience applying project management methodologies and best practices Strong proficiency with MS Project or similar project management tools Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong problem‑solving abilities with a proactive and solutions‑oriented mindset Experience in research or healthcare environments is considered an asset EEO Statement All qualified applicants will receive fair consideration for employment.
