Project Manager

Project Manager - Hardware and Embedded Software (Green Card and US Citizen Only) Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate fast-paced, mid-sized projects across our Engineering and Operations teams. This person will play a key role in driving cross-functional collaboration, tracking milestones, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to the expected quality standards. The ideal background is someone who has managed hardware-related projects in a manufacturing or engineering environment .

This is not an IT-focused project management role, and experience that is primarily in pharma, medical, or healthcare project environments will not be the right fit. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent projects across engineering and operations functions Drive communication and alignment across cross-functional teams Develop, maintain, and track project plans, schedules, and progress updates using Excel , MS Project , or similar project management tools Ensure deliverables meet defined requirements, timelines, and quality expectations Maintain clear and organized project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders Proactively identify risks, delays, or roadblocks and help drive mitigation plans Support process improvements and contribute to overall operational efficiency Help keep engineering and operations teams aligned throughout the full project lifecycle, from planning through execution and delivery Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred 3–5 years of project management experience Prior experience managing hardware-related projects , ideally in a manufacturing or engineering environment Strong proficiency in Excel and project management tools such as MS Project or similar Embedded Software experience Familiarity with the full project lifecycle, from planning through execution and delivery Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional coordination skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ideal Background Project management experience supporting engineering and operations teams Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, electronics, hardware, or engineering-driven environment Embedded Software Comfortable working with technical teams, schedules, deliverables, and process-driven execution #J-18808-Ljbffr
