Job Description: Project Manager – Banking Technology & Payment Systems Location: Mumbai, India | Experience: 8-10 Years Department: IT Projects & Delivery (Debit Card Management System) Job Summary We are seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager Debit Card Management Systems (DCMS), and Payment Systems . You will architect and own the project delivery roadmap—managing large-scale system migrations, HA/DR implementations, patch deployments. This role requires balancing multiple stakeholders interacting with cross-functional leadership. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning & Delivery Governance Roadmap Ownership: Lead end-to-end project delivery for DCMS and advanced payment platforms. Release Management: Coordinate critical application patch deployments and production housekeeping with multi-vendor and infrastructure teams. 2. Payment Switching & Domain Operations Domain Execution: Leverage deep knowledge of DCMS Migration Testing Oversight: Define and drive comprehensive UAT cycles, preparing test scenarios, tracking defects, and securing business sign-offs. 3. Stakeholder & Incident Escalation Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate matrixed teams across infrastructure, network, security, operations, and reconciliation (EJ file workflows). Incident Governance: Serve as the primary point of escalation for platform incidents.

Core Competencies & Qualifications Domain Expertise: Advanced proficiency in DCMS, EFT, Card Authorization and EMV compliance. Platform & Tools: Familiarity with core environments, proficiency in ITSM/Ticketing systems and project tracking tools. Certifications (Preferred): PMP/PRINCE2; specialized credentials in EMV Cards, Payments, or Digital Tokenization & Encryption.
