Project Management Internship

What You'll Need: Interest in project or program management, operations, or team coordination Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Clear, proactive communication Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment Curiosity to learn project management tools, workflows, and best practices A collaborative mindset with a desire to help teams stay aligned Openness to using AI tools for productivity and documentation (we'll teach you!) Interest in project or program management, operations, or team coordination What You'll Do: You'll work closely with our Program Management team to support real client projects and internal workflows. Expect to: Assist with scheduling, timelines, and project documentation Take effective notes during meetings and support follow up communication Help update project plans and workflows within our project management tools Support cross functional alignment across Creative, Media, Strategy, and Analytics Keep teams connected and informed as projects move from brief to execution Shadow team members as they manage complex, multichannel programs Learn how agencies plan, track, and deliver work on time and within scope Use (and learn!) AI tools that support productivity, documentation, and planning This is where you learn how work actually moves through an agency. *This role is a hybrid role based out of our San Diego office, with at least 2-3 days in the office* This Is Us: We're Red Door Interactive— a national, award-winning, full-service marketing agency. This range may differ based on your geographic location, cost of living considerations, and individual experience and skill set.
