About Your New Job As a Project Engineer, you will support technical energy audits and surveys, leading the implementation of energy efficiency projects for industrial manufacturing sites. Youll handle mechanical/electrical design of innovative energy solutions for systems such as chillers, HVAC, heat pumps, and utilities plant rooms. Collaborate with client sites and internal teams to develop and deliver leading-edge design solutions for climate action.
Ensure delivery of high-quality project work, managing project team performance to meet key metrics for budget, schedule, and energy targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in sectors such as food, dairy, pharmaceutical, biopharma, and healthcare, and coordinate with contractors and technology partners. What Skills You Need 3+ years experience in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering, ideally within industrial/large-scale manufacturing facilities.
Proficient with MS Office and familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage. Good knowledge of building regulations, CIBSE/ASHRAE design codes, and relevant health and safety legislation. Educated to third level in an engineering discipline (mechanical, electrical, civil, building services, or related field).
Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management abilities with a proactive, can-do approach.
