The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineerto join our team on theFrasers Shell Cove Precinct D2 Apartmentsproject.
This exciting$100M residential developmentwill deliver:
- 88 premium apartments
- A 7-storey residential building
- Two levels of basement car parking
- High-quality residential and shared living spaces within the growing Shell Cove precinct
Working closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager and wider delivery team, you'll play a key role in coordinating project delivery from structure through to completion, ensuring safety, quality, programme and commercial outcomes are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate subcontractors and site activities to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Manage design coordination and resolve technical issues with consultants and subcontractors.
- Assist with project programming and short-term planning.
- Monitor quality, programme and construction progress.
- Support procurement and management of subcontract packages.
- Ensure health, safety and environmental standards are maintained.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement throughout project delivery.
What We're Looking For:
- Degree qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience delivering commercial, residential, health or education projects with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving ability.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and consultants.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach and genuine commitment to safety and quality.
