Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Engineer located in Phoenix, AZ. We are looking for a Project Engineer to support industrial automation projects, primarily in semiconductor facilities. This role involves project coordination, engineering design, and on-site execution support.

Both entry-level candidates and experienced engineers are welcome to apply. Responsibilities Demonstrate strong Project Management and Project Planning skills, managing timelines, addressing risks, and meeting project objectives. Clarify project material specifications and support procurement and subcontracting activities.

Design DCS/PLC panels or perform field instrumentation design. Plan project schedules, prepare drawings and documentation, and support project execution. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and contractors.

Assist with project cost estimation and quotations. Support on-site installation, testing, and commissioning activities. Qualifications Professional fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required to facilitate effective communication with international teams and global headquarters.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Basic understanding of engineering project execution (training provided for entry-level candidates). Experience in panel design or field instrumentation is a plus.

Proficiency in AutoCAD (or a strong willingness to learn). Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
