Job Summary We're seeking a skilled P.Eng with experience in linear infrastructure projects to join our growing Water Sector team in Toronto.
This individual will support multiple projects in the area and contribute to the ongoing growth of the team. Responsibilities Provide design services for water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including open‑cut, trenchless, and rehabilitation projects. Produce engineering drawings, engineering reports, presentations, and required applications to regulatory and/or funding agencies.
Support project managers and collaborate with the project design team to deliver projects such as Environmental Assessment Reports, Studies, and Detailed Design that meet client requirements. Provide services during construction, including submittal reviews, responses to requests for information, and contract document clarifications. Train and mentor junior team members, leading by example to promote a high‑performance team culture.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a Civil Engineering program. Licensed as a Professional Engineer in Ontario (P.Eng.). A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in water and wastewater design of linear infrastructure within existing rights‑of‑way.
Knowledge of applicable standards and guidelines for municipal water/wastewater linear works, including OPSS.MUNI, OPSD, AWWA, MECP design guidelines, relevant CSA/ASTM specifications, and municipal standards. Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil3D, sufficient to review, mark‑up, and mentor designers. Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to plan and deliver tasks to schedule.
Engineering support during construction and contract administration experience is an asset. Client‑focused mindset, always striving to give clients the best solutions. Strong commitment to innovation and continuous improvement, seeking ways to best solve clients’ toughest challenges.

Benefits Base compensation range of $87,000‑$115,000, reflective of pay equity commitments.
