Working closely with Product Development, Quality, Production, and Plant Engineering teams, you will drive design‑for‑manufacturability initiatives, support APQP activities, and implement process improvements that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance. This role would suit a Manufacturing Engineer from an industrial, automotive, or machine shop environment, looking to step into a high impact, project focused role with the full autonomy to own and develop manufacturing processes. The Role: Lead manufacturing process improvements and new product launches.

Optimize fabrication, machining, assembly, hydraulic, and pneumatic processes. Work cross‑functionally with Production, Quality, and Plant Engineering groups to refine product design for manufacturability. The Candidate: Background in heavy manufacturing, industrial, automotive, or machine shop environments.
