This role is essential for ensuring project success, providing technical expertise, managing budgets, and coordinating key activities throughout the construction process. Responsibilities: Provide technical expertise throughout all project phases. Prepare cost estimates, manage budgets, and maintain financial reports. Coordinate subcontractor bids, contracts, and project requirements. Oversee project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and weekly reports. Manage project closeout tasks, including punch lists, O&M manuals, and inspections.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction, or civil engineering preferred. 1+ years of construction experience.
