Project Engineer

We need an Project Engineer who owns delivery end-to-end — from raw land to client handover. ━━ What you'll do ━━ • Supervise on-site construction — base preparation, surface installation, line marking • Ensure PCC base quality (M20/M25), or Asphalt / Dynamic base , drainage gradients, and finish standards • Ensure Acrylic /turf/PP tile application or any surface as required after due evaluation of existing base • Manage 5–15 labourers and subcontractors per site • Plan and track 5–8 simultaneous projects across India • Coordinate material procurement — right material, right site, right time • Prepare BOQs, site checklists, and handover documentation • Report weekly to the Founder on progress, quality, and risks ━━ Who we're looking for ━━ ✔ 5–10 yrs sports construction / sports infrastructure (sports facilities a must) ✔ Hands-on with PCC base, GSB, sub-base, compaction, acrylic paints + turf / other sports floorings. ✔ Labour & subcontractor management — led teams of 5+ on site ✔ AutoCAD — can read and create site layouts ✔ BOQ preparation and material estimation ✔ B.E. / B.Tech Civil (Diploma + 8 yrs field experience considered) ✔ Fluent Hindi + English | Telugu is a strong plus ✔ Travel-ready — 15–20 days/month pan-India (this is a field role) Mandatory : experience with acrylic coatings, PP tiles, or sports surfaces ━━ What you get ━━ ₹5–6.5 LPA fixed + all travel covered + direct reporting to Founder + growth path to Regional / Operations Head [email protected] | 9258775187
