We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support daily operations and ensure projects move efficiently from initial estimate through completion.

This role serves as a central point of coordination between clients, vendors, and internal team members. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Gardena, CA. Remote or out-of-state applicants will not be considered.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Project & Operations Coordination:
Coordinate project timelines, schedules, and appointments
Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
Track project status and deadlines
Maintain CRM records (AccuLynx preferred)

Client Communication & Support:
Serve as a point of contact for clients
Send project-related communications
Ensure strong client experience throughout projects

Administrative & Office Support:
Answer and route incoming calls
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Assist with document preparation and data entry

Internal Coordination:
Support contract administrators
Assist with job tracking and updates
Improve workflow efficiency

Qualifications:
Strong organization and time management
Excellent communication skills
Microsoft Office proficiency
Google Sheets proficiency
CRM experience preferred
