Senior Project Consultant Location: Atlanta( Hybrid) Contract- 3 Years Job Summary As a Senior Project Consultant with 10 to 15 years of experience , you will be a top-level expert in project management and consultancy. This role requires leading and collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to define project objectives, execute strategies, and deliver successful project outcomes . You will provide expertise, direction, and mentorship to ensure project excellence while driving strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Strategy Lead and oversee the execution of complex projects , ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. Work with clients and stakeholders to develop project strategies, objectives, and detailed plans. Risk & Resource Management Identify potential project risks and challenges , develop mitigation strategies, and implement risk management protocols.

Allocate and manage project resources , including budgets, personnel, and equipment . Team & Client Relations Assemble and lead project teams , providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients , ensuring satisfaction and addressing their needs throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality & Change Management Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed performance standards. Manage changes to project scope, objectives, and timelines , evaluating their impact and making adjustments as needed. Reporting & Compliance Prepare comprehensive project reports and documentation for clients, stakeholders, and organizational leadership.

Ensure that projects comply with all relevant regulations, standards, and industry requirements . Process Improvement & Collaboration Identify opportunities for process enhancements , develop best practices , and optimize project management capabilities. Collaborate with various departments and functions within the organization to ensure project success.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). 10-15 years of experience in project management and consulting , including handling complex projects . Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred. Proficiency in project management software and tools .

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills . Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills . Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate project teams .

In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, best practices, and industry trends . A track record of successfully delivering large, complex projects . Client-focused with a deep understanding of client relationship management .
