Job Description
Overview TRC seeks a Project Analyst to support program operations and analytics for a single-family new home energy efficiency program in Oregon. This individual may also help research, design, and implement new initiatives for the new home energy efficiency program. The ideal candidate is detailâoriented, solutionâdriven, clientâfocused, and a team player who takes initiative and can juggle shifting priorities with a high degree of quality, efficiency, reliability, and accuracy.
This position emphasizes crossâteam collaboration to deliver outstanding customer service to internal teams, partner implementers, and clients. The position requires the ability to understand energy efficiency equipment and program eligibility requirements to ensure quality control and accuracy across diverse operational program materials. Responsibilities Create and review energy models to analyze energy use in homes in compliance with program guidelines Communicate quality assurance feedback to program verifiers Provide trend analysis of energy efficiency measure and participation trends Provide project tracking, reporting, and other administrative duties Maintain and input program data in a customer relationship management database Maintain knowledge and expertise in eligibility, enrollment, and program processes Contribute to highâquality technical reports suitable for both technical and nonâtechnical audiences Support program measure development efforts through energy modeling and participant interviews Coordinate targeted analytics and research projects Qualifications At least 3 years of relevant experience is required Excellent attention to detail, with ability to follow established protocols Effective collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills Effective organizational, time management, and administrative skills to support meetings, planning, and tracking Effective computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office and database applications Knowledgeable about building science and energy efficiency principles, preferred Knowledgeable about building energy modeling software such as REM/Rate, Ekotrope, or others, preferred Eligible to work in the United States Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance. 401(k) package that includes both traditional and Roth IRA options and Company match.
Paid time off contingent upon fullâtime or partâtime status and level of seniority (ranging from 15 to 25 days per year). All fullâtime employees enjoy a minimum of 8 Paid Holidays per year. TRC ensures that all employees, including those that work partâtime, receive paid sick, family, and disability leave in accordance with the laws of their state of residence.
These benefits are applicable to US employees depending on their employment status (full time, part time, or temporary). TRC offers jurisdictionâspecific benefit packages for International and Puerto Rico employees. Compensation USD $57,096.00 â USD $77,272.00 per year.
Employee may be eligible for participation in the Companyâs annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators that vary by year and employee.
