Project Analyst

• Plan, monitor, and control e-commerce project schedules
• Organize and lead alignment meetings, recording minutes, action items, and action plans
• Monitor activity execution with the responsible teams, ensuring deadlines are met
• Identify risks, deviations, and bottlenecks, proposing corrective and preventive actions
• Prepare and update schedules, dashboards, and management reports on project progress
• Track scope, deadlines, and priorities
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support results analysis
• Ensure communication among clients, business teams, and other stakeholders
• Support the definition of project processes, workflows, and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields
• Experience in e-commerce project management
• Experience working in dynamic e-commerce environments and knowledge of the online sales project lifecycle
• Experience with e-commerce platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Knowledge of project management tools
• Experience developing KPIs and executive presentations
• Process mapping and improvement skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills
• Strong communication skills, prioritization, and proactivity
• Interpersonal skills, flexibility, adaptability, and negotiation ability
• Strong organization and planning skills, systems thinking, a solution-oriented mindset, and attention to detail
• Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus
