Base pay range $28.00/hr - $32.00/hr Direct message the job poster from High5 Talent Community/Relationship Manager - Recruitment at High5 and eteam Contract- 3 months Position Summary The Capital Project Analyst supports the Capital Project Team and Engineers in managing the capital program. Responsibilities include assisting with project planning reviews, contract preparation, and project setup and closure in eBuilder. Major Responsibilities Prepare contracts for capital projects.

Conduct project planning reviews for funding using Excel. Initiate new projects in eBuilder. Monitor processes in eBuilder and support Project Managers with follow-up actions.

Set up new users in eBuilder. Close projects in eBuilder. Assist with additional project management tasks as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned. Education & Experience Required: High School Diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of relevant work experience. Licenses, Certifications, & Training None required.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Behaviors Required: Ability to prioritize workload, self-start, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).

Strong writing and copy-editing skills. Analytical and organizational skills. Preferred: Experience with eBuilder or similar construction project management information systems.
