About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join Accenture’s Salesforce Business Group in Singapore. In this role, you will work within multidisciplinary project teams to deliver Salesforce solutions that help organizations transform business processes, improve operational efficiency, and maximize the value of their cloud investments.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design through implementation, testing, deployment, and post go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions that align with business and functional requirements.
• Deliver Salesforce implementation projects on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
• Conduct business analysis activities, including as‑is assessments and fit/gap analysis, to identify optimal Salesforce‑based solutions.
• Collaborate closely with technical architects and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and project discussions using Agile or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Design Salesforce solutions that integrate effectively with enterprise applications, including ERP, reporting, and other business systems.
• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams, including onshore and offshore resources, throughout project delivery.
• Define test scenarios, support user acceptance testing, and coordinate release and post‑deployment activities, including training and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation projects.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com and the Force.com platform.
• Experience designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions across the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce integrations and enterprise application landscapes.
• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and project management practices.
• Salesforce platform certifications beyond Administrator certification.
• Experience leading small to medium‑sized project teams.
• Understanding of cloud technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
