Job Description
Job Description We are looking for an individual who will ensure value is realised and sustained, providing strong leadership, clear governance, and effective change delivery across complex programmes aligned to organisational priorities. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end delivery of transformation programmes, ensuring delivery to agreed timescales, budgets, and quality standards. Ensure programme objectives and outcomes are aligned with organisational strategy and deliver measurable business value.
Engage and influence executive sponsors, senior stakeholders, and delivery teams to maintain strong governance and commitment. Lead and embed cultural, structural, and process change to support new ways of working. Define and manage programme plans, governance structures, RAID logs, and reporting cycles.
Identify, track, and report programme benefits and success metrics, embedding lessons learned and continuous improvement. Monitor and control programme budgets, ensuring effective financial management. Manage and coordinate internal and external resources across multi-disciplinary teams.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Essential Demonstrable experience delivering complex business transformation or organisational change programmes. Strong leadership and programme management capability across cross-functional teams. In-depth understanding of change management principles and business transformation frameworks.
Experience engaging with executive stakeholders and reporting at board level. Proficiency in programme and project management methodologies and tools (e.g. MSP, Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
Desirable Formal qualifications in transformation, programme, or change management (e.g. MSP, PMP, PRINCE2, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma). Industry knowledge of facilities management.
Experience delivering digital transformation or technology-enabled change.
