Program-Project Consulting Manager

This is a FTE/Permanent Direct Hire for Program-Project Manager / Must be local for 2 days or 3 days weekly onsite

Role Overview

Project management and program management at consultancy level guiding client leadership, collaborating with software development teams and leveraging AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and manage projects throughout the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, delivery, and ongoing stakeholder communication.
• Partner with clients to understand business and technical requirements and translate those requirements into scalable software solutions.
• Lead AI-enabled digital transformation initiatives focused on improving software development, operational efficiency, and business performance.
• Oversee the design and delivery of sophisticated AI, data, and software solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
• Provide guidance on solution architecture, technical strategy, and implementation approaches for major initiatives.
• Establish AI governance frameworks, standards, controls, and best practices.
• Direct the integration of multiple AI technologies into cohesive, production-ready business solutions.
• Manage software development initiatives utilizing technologies such as React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, .NET, SQL, and related platforms.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and develop additional consulting or technology engagements.
• Support business development activities, including proposals, statements of work, solution presentations, and project scoping.
• Contribute to the development of new service offerings, methodologies, and technology capabilities.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members while promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Manage project financial performance, resource utilization, delivery quality, timelines, risks, and profitability across assigned engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4years in technology consulting, software development, project/program management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing client engagements and leading software development or technical project teams.
• Strong working knowledge of software development technologies such as React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, .NET, and SQL.
• Comprehensive understanding of the AI technology and solution landscape.
• Experience leading AI-enabled digital transformation, modernization, or technology adoption initiatives.
• Understanding of AI adoption strategies, governance, organizational change, and implementation best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to translate AI and technology capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
• Strong project management skills with experience managing scope, schedules, resources, risks, budgets, and deliverables.
• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Business acumen with the ability to understand industry-specific business challenges and identify technology-based solutions.
• Experience supporting business development activities, including proposal development and Statement of Work creation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively across complex organizations and manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and initiatives simultaneously.
