Program Manager

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and deliver the TRCB (Transformation, Risk, Compliance & Business) program initiatives. The role involves managing complex, cross-functional programs aligned with strategic objectives, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and business transformation across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership Lead end-to-end delivery of TRCB programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics Manage interdependencies across multiple projects and workstreams Stakeholder Management Engage senior stakeholders across business, technology, risk, and compliance teams Provide regular updates to executive leadership and governance forums Act as a key liaison between global and regional teams Risk & Compliance Oversight Ensure all program activities adhere to regulatory and internal compliance standards Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues Work closely with Risk and Compliance teams to maintain governance frameworks Delivery & Execution Drive program execution using Agile/Waterfall methodologies as appropriate Monitor program performance (KPIs, milestones, budgets) Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards Financial & Resource Management Manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation Optimize utilization of resources across projects Change & Transformation Lead business transformation initiatives including process improvements and digital adoption Ensure effective change management and communication strategies Support cultural and operational shifts within the organization Skills Strong program and project management expertise (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong understanding of risk, compliance, and regulatory frameworks Financial management and budgeting experience Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
