Hiring: Program Manager Location: Pune Experience: 10+ Years Industry: Higher Education / Academic Operations PIBM is looking for a highly driven Program Manager to lead academic execution, student discipline, engagement, and employability readiness for a large student cohort. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end academic planning, timetables, and calendar execution. Ensure high standards of student discipline, attendance, conduct, and engagement.

Drive smooth academic delivery and learning outcome attainment. Lead student mentoring, interventions, and issue resolution. Coordinate with faculty, administration, and placement teams to ensure seamless operations.

Monitor internship and placement readiness through structured development initiatives. Manage a team of Assistant Batch Incharges and Student Coordinators. What We Are Looking For ✔ 10+ years of experience in Academic Operations, Student Affairs, Education Management, or similar leadership roles. ✔ Strong people management, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. ✔ Ability to handle large-scale operations and student-centric environments. ✔ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and execution capabilities. ✔ Empathetic yet authoritative leadership style.
