The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities: Lead and manage project delivery from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications. Engage with customer in deep technical discussions to understand client roadmap and assist them with suggesting technical solutions Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure timely and successful project execution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues that arise. Implement best practices in Account Delivery Management to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication and documentation of decisions and action items. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure lessons learned are applied to future projects. Mandatory Skills: Strong knowledge and experience in Account Delivery Management.

Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Strong technical acumen in projects executed. Ability to provide technical solutions to customer problems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering solutions that meet client needs. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Preferred Skills: Experience in managing projects within a client-facing environment. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in project management and account delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus. Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and delivering projects on time and within budget.
