Program Manager We’re looking for a dynamic, instinctive, and highly organised Program Manager to support and shape global client programs focused on responsible sourcing, ESG/Human Rights due diligence, and supply chain risk monitoring . This is a dual-impact role : leading end-to-end program execution across supplier assessment workflows, and supporting the Program Reporting team to develop insightful dashboards and customised reporting using Power BI and platform data (EiQ) .

Key Responsibilities 1) Program Management (Risk Monitoring & Supplier Engagement) Act as the subject matter expert on client assessment requirements and manage regional risk monitoring execution externally Provide clear guidance to suppliers, respond to inquiries, calibrate internal teams regularly, and ensure systems and documentation stay updated Plan, communicate, and monitor execution of assigned Responsible Sourcing / CSR / Social Compliance / Human Rights Due Diligence programs Ensure suppliers schedule audits and/or risk interventions as required; coordinate with monitoring firms when needed Lead pre- and post-assessment communications with suppliers to support smooth service delivery Review audit reports and assessment documentation across the region, focusing on: high-risk areas & repeat findings critical issues and quality concerns missing special elements / required audit components Manage Corrective Action Plans (CAP) : review evidence and CAP plans follow up with high-risk suppliers guide closure and gap remediation Maintain internal SOPs, guidance, and instructions to ensure the program meets client expectations and Statement of Work (SOW) obligations Escalate critical issues to client stakeholders, LRQA Program Manager, or Service Line Manager when needed (e.g., supplier refusal, unresolved critical findings) Keep systems/trackers accurate and client-ready on an ongoing basis Generate program performance and KPI reporting (risk mitigation progress, supplier TAT, program activity tracking) Collaborate with global teams across time zones to meet SLA and service delivery commitments Travel as required for onsite activities (assessments, supplier/client meetings, engagement sessions) Support additional ad-hoc program assignments when requested 2) Data Analysis & Reporting (Insights, Visualisation & Dashboards) Use customer supply chain data methodologies, Power BI , and EiQ platform data to develop reports and visualisations that support decision-making Understand each client’s risk identification mechanisms and optimise reporting models accordingly Design and build reporting tailored to client needs, including: supplier social responsibility performance supply chain risk exposure and mitigation progress responsible sourcing maturity/transition indicators segmentation insights and program recommendations Build standardised offline analytical tools/dashboards for efficient cross-platform analysis Identify correlations, interpret trends, and help translate findings into meaningful insights for customers Drive data integrity by identifying and resolving missing information or gaps Partner closely with platform leads to align reporting outputs to client goals and risk data structure Respond quickly and accurately to ad hoc reporting requests and questions Qualifications & Experience Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Indian languages ; other SEA languages are a plus Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and/or equivalent practical experience 8+ years in program/project management and/or auditing within: Ethical Sourcing / Labour Compliance Environmental monitoring Social compliance / Human Rights due diligence (either brand/retailer side or service provider) Strong understanding of supply chain ecosystems, manufacturing environments, codes of conduct, and industry schemes Highly detail-oriented and proactive — comfortable identifying risks, gaps, and “cracks” in systems Strong stakeholder management skills; able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights Highly proficient with: Power BI Advanced Excel Analytics tools / reporting automation (ChatGPT exposure preferred) Able to work independently, under pressure, and across time zones with integrity and professionalism Willingness to travel for business when necessary
