Company Name : KMK Ventures Shift Timings : 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST Key Responsibilities Program & Project Management Lead and manage multiple concurrent programs, launches, and operational initiatives from planning through execution. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, risk trackers, and execution frameworks. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Drive accountability across stakeholders and proactively follow up on deliverables and dependencies. Identify operational bottlenecks, escalation risks, and process gaps and work cross-functionally toward resolution. Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate closely with operations, training, workforce management, HR, quality, technology, and leadership teams.
Act as the connective bridge between departments to ensure smooth communication flow and execution alignment. Facilitate recurring governance meetings, status reviews, launch readiness reviews, and stakeholder discussions. Build strong internal partnerships to improve collaboration, responsiveness, and execution velocity.
Client & Stakeholder Management Partner directly with client stakeholders for new program launches, transitions, process updates, and strategic initiatives. Represent the organization professionally in client-facing discussions and meetings. Provide structured updates, launch progress reports, risk assessments, and execution summaries to clients and leadership.
Demonstrate strong business acumen and professionalism in high-visibility client interactions. Manage expectations effectively while maintaining a solution-oriented and collaborative approach. Communication & Execution Excellence Exhibit extremely strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
Draft professional emails, executive summaries, SOPs, meeting notes, escalation summaries, and operational updates. Ensure high responsiveness across all communication channels with strong turnaround discipline. Bring clarity, structure, and ownership to ambiguous situations and fast-moving environments.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail and operational rigor. Strategic & Operational Support Support leadership in scaling new initiatives, improving operational processes, and driving execution consistency. Analyze operational trends, launch outcomes, and execution metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Assist in designing scalable program management processes and governance structures. Continuously drive process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives. Required Qualifications MBA. 6+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Operations, Client Services, or related roles.
Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders simultaneously. Strong experience in client-facing communication and stakeholder management. Demonstrated ability to independently drive initiatives in an Individual Contributor (IC) capacity.
Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused mindset.
Ability to thrive in high-pressure and rapidly evolving environments. Preferred Attributes Executive-level communication and presentation skills. Extremely responsive and dependable with strong ownership mentality.
