The Opportunity This role sits at the center of the clinical team and is responsible for: Creating structure across documentation, reporting, and workflows Ensuring clinician notes tie accurately to programs and funding sources Supporting grant compliance, reporting, and internal accountability Building tracking tools, dashboards, and operational systems Partnering cross-functionally with clinical, finance, and leadership teams This is not a clinical role — it’s the operational backbone that allows clinicians to do their best work.
