Rate of pay : $15.00. Final compensation is based on factors such as the skills, qualifications, and experience.
Essential Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative and creative workshops & activities. Supervise participants and always ensure their safety and welfare Participate in field trips and out of building activities Work cooperatively with other staff. Acquaint participants with rules, activities, daily schedules and program routines Interact and communicate with parents/guardians during drop-off and pick-up Assist in organizing projects, events and special events Ensure all equipment and supplies are properly used and maintained Attend and complete all staff paperwork and training Follow pre-planned schedules and arrive on time to set activities Report all injuries immediately and fill out appropriate forms Assist in meeting and maintain YMCA standards Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Must be at least 21 years of age (at least 4 years older than teen in program).
Demonstrate maturity, good judgement, previous camp experience, or experience working with groups of children.
