Program Analyst — TSA Deployment Sustainment Division | DCA Airport (Onsite) We’re hiring a Program Analyst to support the TSA Deployment Sustainment Division (DSD) at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). This role serves as the central point for project communications, status reporting, and stakeholder coordination across deployment and sustainment activities. Details: Location: Onsite — Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) Schedule: Monday — Friday, 9:00 AM — 5:00 PM Compensation: $60,000 — $70,000/year, depending on experience and clearance status Clearance: Public Trust required (candidates with active TSA/DHS Public Trust strongly preferred) What You’ll Do: Develop and manage a communications cadence for leadership, program teams, and stakeholders Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly status reports summarizing progress, issues, risks, and upcoming activities Draft executive briefings, talking points, meeting summaries, and decision-support materials Maintain reporting artifacts including action trackers, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), milestone updates, and governance materials Support leadership meetings by preparing agendas, presentation materials, and post-meeting action item summaries Ensure data and messaging remain consistent and accurate across multiple functional teams Track reporting deadlines and ensure on‑time delivery of all communications products Typical Deliverables: Integrated Master Schedules, weekly/monthly status reports, executive dashboards, leadership briefings, communications calendars, meeting minutes, action trackers, and RAID logs Required Qualifications: 2–5 years of professional experience in project coordination, reporting, communications, or program support Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines Proficiency preparing documentation, reports, and presentations Familiarity with reporting tools such as RAID logs, trackers, and status reports Preferred Qualifications: Active TSA or DHS Public Trust clearance strongly preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Program Management, or related field Experience supporting government or regulated programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
