Sales Professional – SaaS, Software & Payment Processing At North, we’re on a mission to be the easiest payments company to do business with. As an NDFS Sales Professional, you’ll bring North’s platform to life for local businesses—like a techy superhero, minus the cape. We are building something big and need top sales talent. You’ll use consultative skills to help businesses find the right payment solutions, all while working from home with a flexible schedule that lets you manage your calendar.
Our top sales pros earn highly in the SaaS & Payments space with compensation we call North 25, featuring weekly commissions, residuals for the life of accounts, and portfolio equity. What you’ll do Build your target list of local businesses and guide them through the entire sales cycle—from initial contact to closing. Forge partnerships with local POS dealers, web designers, and referral networks to create a strong pipeline. Deliver compelling demos so prospects feel engaged and informed.
Collaborate with North colleagues to convert promises into real results. Use Salesforce proficiently to manage sales activities and data. Know the competitive landscape and position North effectively.
What we need from you You’re at least 18 with a valid driver’s license. Charisma and strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills. Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and enjoys variety.
Self-starter who can pivot quickly and stay top of performance. Cold-calling and local canvassing experience is a plus. Knowledge of or experience with restaurants is a plus.
Sales experience is preferred, especially if you enjoy the thrill of the chase and close. This is a remote field sales role, but you must reside in the area. Career path and perks Promotions from within across sales leadership, business development, and revenue operations.
