About Khet

Khet is a perfume brand built on stories and anecdotes from Indian culture. Featured in several of the country's leading publications, it's become one of the most talked-about indie fragrance brands in India. Khet's mission is to build a fragrance house from India, for the globe, bringing authentic Indian narratives into a category long shaped by Western references.

About the role

Khet is growing beyond perfume. We're building new product lines, from new categories like personal care to new fragrances, gift sets, festive collections, and working extensively on the current offering problem statement, so the brand has more ways to reach people and isn't dependent on any one product.

You'll help decide what Khet makes next and what it looks like. That means understanding where the brand is headed, researching whether an idea is worth making, and shaping it into a product that feels unmistakably Khet.

You'll work closely with the founders and the Growth head, following their vision while bringing your own research, ideas, and taste to it. You'll join a young, high-pace team where good thinking matters more than titles.

What you'll do

• Research new product opportunities: market size, pricing, economics, risks and what it would take for us to make it
• Build go-to-market plans that break a launch down into scenarios, opportunities and next steps
• Design and develop new products, from new fragrance product types to new categories for brand expansion.
• Work on packaging: boxes, inserts, materials and finishes that make opening a Khet product feel special
• Create gift sets and seasonal offerings for Diwali and other festivals
• Develop B2B and corporate gifting offerings tailored to specific clients
• Work with vendors and manufacturers to take ideas from sketch to shelf

Who you are

• A recent graduate in product design or product development from NIFT, NID or a comparable institute
• Exceptionally talented, with a portfolio that shows both creative range and practical thinking
• Hungry to learn, and excited to own work across research, design and launch
• Happy working within a system and following a clear vision, while still bringing your own point of view
• Comfortable with numbers as much as with materials and moodboards
• Curious about Indian culture, craft and how products are made

Location: On-site, Gurugram. We're only considering candidates already based in Gurugram or nearby.
