Job Description
Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Support Analyst with 3+ years of experience to ensure the stability and performance of production systems. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and monitor production environments. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and support production environments to ensure system stability and performance.
Troubleshoot production issues by analyzing logs, running SQL queries, and collaborating with relevant teams to identify root causes. Write and execute SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis. Perform data updates, inserts, and corrections in production with proper validation.
Utilize job management and task automation tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Maintain and support job scheduling and monitoring tools to ensure timely execution of critical tasks. Perform basic code-level checking and debugging to identify issues and support fixes.
Collaborate with developers, business users, and other stakeholders to resolve incidents efficiently. Provide timely and clear communication regarding system status, issue resolution, and incident reports. Support cloud-based services and applications within Microsoft Azure.
Participate in after-hours or on-call support when required. Required Skills and Qualifications: Intermediate to high-level proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries, using joins, performing data manipulation (INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE), and handling data efficiently. Familiarity with job management and task automation tools.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based services. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Good communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Experience with job scheduling and monitoring tools is a plus. Willingness to work in shifts or provide after-hours support as needed.
