Production Supervisor

Hiring: Production Supervisor Location: Cherthala - Arookutty Rd, Kerala Experience: 5+ Years (Freshers with relevant qualifications can also apply for entry-level opportunities) Qualification: Diploma / Graduation Salary: As per industry standards & experience We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations and ensure smooth shop floor management. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a focus on quality, safety, and productivity, along with good communication skills in English and basic computer knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily production activities and shop floor operations.

Ensure production targets are achieved within scheduled timelines. Monitor employee performance, attendance, and shift activities. Ensure proper machine operation and report any breakdowns promptly.

Maintain production quality, hygiene, and GMP standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures. Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams for smooth operations.

Maintain production records, reports, and shift documentation. Minimize production wastage and improve overall productivity. Effectively manage shift operations and workforce.

Requirements: Diploma or Graduation in a relevant field. 5+ years of experience in production/manufacturing (preferred). Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply for suitable entry-level roles. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Basic computer knowledge. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
