Confirm operators are working safely, adhering to all policies and procedures Ensure operators are following procedures to reduce quality errors Verify IFS is up-to-date, correct, and all shop orders are closed out Fill out an incident report if a situation occurs that violates policy and/or procedure Report out shift notes every work day Daily schedule adherence utilizing Visual Management, IFS and hour-by-hour document Daily visual management updating Inventory counts daily Work with Maintenance to ensure equipment runs properly COVID 19 safe workplace playbook adherence Training of all employees on new rules and regulations and equipment, as well as new hires Help to resolve issues and disputes Evaluate performance and provide feedback Directly supervises employees in the Production Department.

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Bachelor's Degree in Business, or related field of study, or equivalent combination of education and experience ~Master's Degree in Business, or related field of study. ~Certifications-Lean Manufacturing Demonstrated exceptional team building skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office and IFS or similar OS.
